Problem
Energy digital products growing fast, each squad with its own UI — rework, inconsistency and fragile handoff.
Solution
A living Design System (tokens + primitives), critical journeys redesigned (scheduling, CTV, home) and a Next prototype.
Impact
CTV: ~21,000 requests/month · 25% auto-approval by AI · one shared visual language across squads.
